Senior Functioneel Beheerder - cluster Stadsbeheer
Jouw functie Als functioneel beheerder ben jij het centrale aanspreekpunt voor gebruikers en de verbindende schakel tussen de business en ICT. Je zorgt ervoor dat applicaties goed blijven werken én zich blijven ontwikkelen. Daarbij werk je intensief samen met procesbeheerders, dataspecialisten, ICT en leveranciers om continuïteit, stabiliteit en doorontwikkeling te waarborgen. Je kijkt verder dan het dagelijks gebruik en draagt actief bij aan het verbeteren van werkprocessen en het vergroten van het gebruiksgemak van de systemen. Incidenten signaleer, registreer en analyseer je zorgvuldig, waarbij je niet alleen oplost, maar ook structurele verbeteringen borgt. Daarnaast stel je testplannen op, coördineer je acceptatietesten en zorg je dat wijzigingen goed worden voorbereid en geïmplementeerd. Je bewaakt daarbij de kwaliteit van documentatie, handleidingen en procesbeschrijvingen, zodat de informatie altijd actueel en bruikbaar blijft. Ook beoordeel je wijzigingsverzoeken en begeleid je de realisatie en implementatie van verbeteringen. Zo zorg jij ervoor dat systemen niet alleen werken, maar steeds slimmer en gebruiksvriendelijker worden ingericht. Wij bieden je de ruimte om actief mee te denken over de verdere ontwikkeling van applicaties voor de buitenruimte en daarmee direct impact te maken. Je belangrijkste taken:

• Ondersteunen van gebruikers in het dagelijks gebruik van applicaties en verzorgen van instructies en trainingen
• Beheren van autorisaties, gebruikersrechten en applicatie-instellingen
• Vertalen van gebruikersbehoeften naar functionele specificaties en verbeteringen
• Leveren van rapportages en managementinformatie
• Afstemmen met stakeholders, leveranciers en projectteams

Jouw profielAls functioneel beheerder ben je analytisch sterk, resultaatgericht en werk je vanuit een proactieve, hands-on houding. Je houdt overzicht in een complexe omgeving en weet snel te schakelen tussen verschillende stakeholders. Je beweegt je soepel tussen gebruikers, de organisatie en leveranciers en bent daarmee de verbindende schakel tussen business en IT. Gebruikersvragen weet je scherp te vertalen naar praktische en werkbare oplossingen. Met name in het beheer van de openbare ruimte voel jij je thuis. Je bent onderzoekend van aard en probeert altijd de vraag achter de vraag te achterhalen. Daarnaast neem je initiatief in het verbeteren, upgraden en door ontwikkelen van applicaties, waarbij je altijd het grotere geheel in het oog houdt. Je communiceert helder en doelgericht, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk.

Onze organisatie
Het cluster Stadsbeheer zorgt ervoor dat de stad schoon, veilig en leefbaar blijft. Voor het beheer en onderhoud van de openbare ruimte maakt Stadsbeheer gebruik van verschillende applicaties. De belangrijkste applicatie is dit jaar opnieuw aanbesteed en moet nog worden geïmplementeerd. Je maakt deel uit van het implementatieteam dat verantwoordelijk is voor het inrichten van processen, het uitvoeren van datamigraties en het realiseren van koppelingen.

Functie Eisen

Eisen:

• Je hebt minimaal een afgeronde hbo- bachelor opleiding, in de richting van informatiemanagement of servicemanagement
• Je hebt minimaal 3 jaar werkervaring als functioneel beheerder, opgedaan in de afgelopen 8 jaar
• Je hebt werkervaring met het in beheer nemen en beheren van applicaties met meer dan 200 gebruikers, meer dan 10 gekoppelde processen, 100.000 gegevens-records en meer dan 5 koppelingen met externe systemen: Benoem en beschrijf het project in CV waaruit dit blijkt
• Je hebt minimaal 3 jaar werkervaring met het beheerdersproces en BISL-foundation gecertificeerd, opgedaan in de afgelopen 8 jaar

Wensen:

• Je hebt minimaal 3 jaar werkervaring met het beheer van de openbare ruimte
• Je hebt werkervaring met assetmanagementapplicaties (zoals I-Asset, Ultimo, of vergelijkbaar: Dit wordt geverifieerd tijdens het verificatiegesprek
• Je hebt werkervaring met het automatiseren van mutaties, conversies én distributie in applicaties als FME of Python

Working conditions: This job role offers a balanced split between operational (run) and project (build) work, with a distribution of 75% operational and 25% project-related tasks. To minimize the impact on business operations, some changes may be scheduled outside of regular business hours.
