Jouw functieIn je dagelijkse werk beantwoord je vragen over allerlei erfpacht gerelateerde onderwerpen. Je zorgt voor een correcte en klantgerichte afhandeling van gesprekken. Je luistert goed, vraagt door waar nodig en vertaalt regelgeving en procedures naar duidelijke taal. Daarnaast signaleer je terugkerende knelpunten en geef je deze door aan het projectteam, zodat processen en communicatie continu kunnen verbeteren. Je fungeert als vraagbaak voor erfpachters en collega’s en draagt met jouw expertise bij aan een soepele en betrouwbare uitvoering van het erfpachtproces.Dit ga je doen

• Telefonisch te woord staan van erfpachters.
• Helder en begrijpelijk uitleggen van erfpachtregels, procedures en mogelijkheden.
• Live gesprekken voeren met erfpachters wanneer situaties meer toelichting vragen.
• Signaleren van terugkerende vragen en knelpunten en deze terugkoppelen aan het projectteam.
• Fungeren als vraagbaak voor collega’s binnen het projectteam.
• Flexibel ondersteunen bij andere werkprocessen binnen het projectteam en binnen de afdeling Contractbeheer en Erfpacht.

Jouw profielJe krijgt energie van het helpen van erfpachters en legt complexe informatie helder uit en bent daarmee communicatief sterk. Je werkt nauwkeurig en begrijpt de financiële en juridische impact. Je durft vragen uit te zoeken en komt tijdig met antwoorden en bent daarmee proactief.Je schakelt makkelijk tussen klantcontact en administratie en blijft stressbestendig en organisatorisch sterk. Je werkt goed samen en denkt mee over verbeteringen.Daarnaast werk je gestructureerd en zorgvuldig, ga je goed om met verschillende verwachtingen. Je bent klantgericht en beheerst de Nederlandse taal uitstekend.

Functie Eisen

Eisen:

• Je hebt minimaal een afgeronde hbo-bachelor opleiding
• Je hebt minimaal 3 jaar werkervaring opgedaan in de afgelopen 6 jaar in een functie waarbij je structureel klantcontact had; Benoem het project in CV waaruit dit blijkt
• Je hebt werkervaring op juridisch of financieel gebied met erfpacht

Wensen:

• Je hebt minimaal een afgeronde hbo-bachelor opleiding in de juridische richting
• Je hebt ervaring met erfpachtcontracten: Benoem het project of de cursus in het CV waaruit dit blijkt
• Je hebt ervaring opgedaan in de erfpacht binnen een gemeente door middel van stage, cursus of project
• Je hebt werkervaring in een dynamische projectomgeving met grootschalige communicatie (>25000 klanten)
• Je hebt werkervaring met de financiële afhandeling binnen landelijke hersteloperaties of compensatieregelingen

Working conditions: This job role offers a balanced split between operational (run) and project (build) work, with a distribution of 75% operational and 25% project-related tasks. To minimize the impact on business operations, some changes may be scheduled outside of regular business hours.
