We're on the hunt for a Technical Business Analyst (Data & AI) who's a natural at connecting the dots between our business folks and our tech wizards. Your mission, should you choose to accept it, is to dive deep into internal use cases for our agentic platform, really get a handle on what users need, and then translate those needs into crystal-clear technical requirements. You'll also be working hand-in-hand with our external vendors to make sure everything gets delivered smoothly.
It’s a role where you’ll be getting your hands dirty testing out new features before they go live, making sure they’re super user-friendly for everyone, and keeping our stakeholders across the whole organization in the loop and aligned. Functie Eisen
We're looking for someone with around 2 to 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, especially if you've worked in a technical or data-heavy setting. It would be awesome if you've also dipped your toes into Data Science or Machine Learning Engineering before.
It's really important that you have a solid grasp of how data flows, analytics, and the whole ML concept.
Having experience in consulting is a big plus, and if you've thrived in a start-up or a fast-paced environment, that's fantastic!
A Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field is key, and if you have a PhD, even better!
When it comes to skills, we'd love to see that you're a sharp thinker with a knack for analytical and structured problem-solving.
Being able to break down complex stuff and explain it clearly is super important.
We're after someone with a proactive, can-do attitude who really takes ownership of their work.
You should also be great at managing stakeholders and getting everyone, including vendors, on the same page.
Experience with gathering requirements, testing, and supporting the delivery process is a must.
And finally, being a team player who can collaborate across different departments is essential.

Working conditions: This job role offers a balanced split between operational (run) and project (build) work, with a distribution of 75% operational and 25% project-related tasks. To minimize the impact on business operations, some changes may be scheduled outside of regular business hours.
