This is a super important, high-priority program that's key to our strategy! The Reporting & Data Management (RDM) team is on the hook for processing all that mortgage data coming in daily from our external servicing partner. Think of that daily file as the starting point for a whole data adventure that heads straight to Data Management and then out to all the folks who need mortgage data.

Plus, RDM is also setting up those crucial direct links to other systems. Once the data lands with our main users, it branches out to tons of other users and data marts. As our Test Manager, you'll be the mastermind behind our entire testing strategy. You'll be the bridge connecting business and tech folks, rallying support, and building a really solid testing team.

You'll guide the development and business teams on how to approach testing, nail down those acceptance criteria, and get test sets ready. You'll also be coordinating all the testing efforts to make sure things run smoothly and on time. And when it comes to defects? You'll be right in the thick of it, managing the whole process hands-on. You'll report directly to the Work Stream Lead for RDM.

• Own the Big Picture: You'll define and champion the overall testing approach, covering data migration, consistency checks, and how everything impacts downstream systems.
• Map it Out: Translate that approach into a clear, actionable test plan with defined scope, phases, entry/exit criteria, and who's responsible for what.
• Orchestrate the Execution: Coordinate testing efforts across different squads, workstreams, and even external partners.
• Master Dependencies: Keep a close eye on how systems and data layers connect and sequence, managing any dependencies.
• Stay in Control: Track progress, flag issues, and manage delays. You'll be ready to replan as needed to keep things moving.
• Define Success: Ensure we have clear, realistic acceptance criteria (DoD), getting buy-in from Finance and Risk stakeholders.
• Drive Decisions: Push for clear decisions, have those tough conversations about scope, and don't hesitate to escalate if progress is at risk.
• Lead the Charge: Steer the entire testing stream, establishing structure, setting the pace, and ensuring accountability.
• Jump In When Needed: Take ownership of operational tasks when necessary – think defect tracking, managing findings, follow-ups, and reporting.
• Clarify Roles: Make sure everyone understands their responsibilities across the various teams and systems in this complex environment.

Heads up: this program is already underway, so we need you to jump in, assess what's happening, and make decisive improvements to the activities and responsibilities listed above. There's no time to build a whole new setup from scratch!

Ready to make a real impact? We're looking for a seasoned Test Manager with over 7 years of experience to steer our large-scale data migration projects. You'll be a key player, bringing your deep understanding of complex data landscapes – think integration layers, DWH, data marts, and reporting – to the table. If you thrive in challenging, multi-team settings with intricate dependencies, you'll fit right in!

Bonus points if you have a background in Finance/Risk data or regulatory reporting, and even more if you're familiar with the mortgage domain. Let's make these migrations a massive success together!
