Utility Connect, founded in 2014 as a strategic collaboration between Stedin and Alliander, is the driving force behind tomorrow's energy system. We continuously innovate, expand our networks, make them smarter, and optimize their use. The demand for electricity is growing, and the dynamics on the grid are increasing enormously due to the mix of central and decentralized energy sources. To manage this complexity, effective measurement and control are essential. And all of this must happen through a rock-solid and secure telecom network.

Therefore, we are looking for a proactive Test Manager who will ensure that the quality, security, and efficiency of both the telecom network and the IT environments that communicate with it are elevated to an even higher level. Looking for a Test Manager with a strong background in Telecommunications? This role requires expertise in **4G BSS**, **ISTQB**, and **OSS**, along with a proven track record in managing test trajectories. You'll be a key player in ensuring successful project outcomes.
We're seeking a candidate who is:

- Environmentally aware: Able to navigate and understand complex project environments.
Excellent command of **English** is essential. While **Dutch** is a plus, your English proficiency is paramount for this role.

Working conditions: This job role offers a balanced split between operational (run) and project (build) work, with a distribution of 75% operational and 25% project-related tasks. To minimize the impact on business operations, some changes may be scheduled outside of regular business hours.
