Ben jij die veelzijdige designer met een hart voor de menselijke maat? Wij zoeken een ervaren creatieveling die wil helpen bij het bouwen van intuïtieve, financieel gezonde oplossingen voor huiseigenaren in Nederland. Heb jij een passie voor impactvolle klantervaringen en houd je ervan om complexe puzzels op te lossen? Dan zoeken we jou.

Als Designer bij ons speel je een sleutelrol in de 'Retail NL Housing' tak. Je helpt klanten bij elke stap van hun financiële reis – of het nu gaat om de eerste stappen naar een eigen woning, het afsluiten van een hypotheek, of slimme keuzes rondom duurzaamheid. Samen met ons team zorg je ervoor dat de Rabobank dé plek is waar woondromen werkelijkheid worden. Jouw werk zorgt voor rust en overzicht voor zowel onze klanten als onze medewerkers.

Wat ga je zoal doen?

• End-to-end design: Je duikt in de belevingswereld van de gebruiker, analyseert gedrag en vertaalt dit naar ijzersterke concepten waar productteams echt mee vooruit kunnen.
• Samenwerken: Je schakelt intensief met Product Owners, Business Analysts en developers om zakelijke doelen om te zetten in innovatieve, mensgerichte oplossingen.
• Design System: Je benut en verrijkt het Rabobank Design System, zodat onze bibliotheek blijft groeien en evolueren.
• Vakmanschap: Je werkt nauw samen met front-end developers om ervoor te zorgen dat wat je bedenkt, ook in de praktijk naadloos en hoogwaardig tot leven komt.
• Ontdekkingsreiziger: Je vindt het heerlijk om in de mist van een nieuw project te starten en samen met stakeholders de juiste koers te bepalen.
• Samen creëren: Je komt terecht in een omgeving waar we successen delen en samen innoveren.

Praktische informatie

• Duur: 11 januari 2027 t/m 31 mei 2027, met een optie op verlenging.
• Locatie: Rabobank hoofdkantoor, Croeselaan 18, Utrecht.
• Werkvorm: Hybride. Je bent in ieder geval op maandag en donderdag op kantoor (vaker als er workshops of belangrijke sessies zijn).
• Uren: Fulltime (36 uur).
• ZZP: Helaas niet toegestaan voor deze rol.
• Deadline: Aanbieden kan tot 20 oktober 2026 om 12:00 uur.

Wij zoeken een ervaren UX-designer die niet alleen ontwerpt, maar echt het verschil maakt. Herken jij jezelf in dit profiel?

• Ruime ervaring: Met meer dan 6 jaar op de teller neem jij moeiteloos het eigenaarschap over uitdagende ontwerptrajecten.
• Van complex naar helder: Je draait je hand niet om voor ingewikkelde vraagstukken. Jij weet deze feilloos te vertalen naar intuïtieve en gebruiksvriendelijke oplossingen.
• Multitasker met oog voor waarde: Je schakelt soepel tussen verschillende projecten zonder de kwaliteit uit het oog te verliezen. Jouw ontwerpen leveren niet alleen een fijne ervaring op, maar ook keiharde resultaten.
• Bruggenbouwer: Binnen grote organisaties beweeg jij je als een vis in het water. Je weet jouw visie overtuigend te pitchen en creëert op een natuurlijke manier draagvlak bij senior stakeholders.
• Tech-savvy: Figma is jouw speeltuin. Daarnaast heb je de nodige bagage op het gebied van ideation-technieken en gebruikersonderzoek.
• Hands-on passie: Je bent een echte aanpakker. Of je nu aan de tekentafel zit of een inspirerende workshop faciliteert om tot de kern te komen: jij brengt energie in het proces.
• Taalvaardig: Je schakelt moeiteloos tussen Nederlands en Engels, zowel in woord als geschrift.

Working conditions: This job role offers a balanced split between operational (run) and project (build) work, with a distribution of 75% operational and 25% project-related tasks. To minimize the impact on business operations, some changes may be scheduled outside of regular business hours.
