• Je zorgt (in samenspraak met de trekker van de lijn processen) voor het voortzetten van de werkzaamheden van de programmalijn processen;
• Je brengt zelfstandig de processen met een publicatie element in kaart;
• Je zorgt ervoor dat de projectdocumentatie up to date is (rapportages, planning en overzicht categorieën);
• Je zorgt voor een realistische en overzichtelijke planning in samenspraak met trekker van de lijn processen;
• Je draagt overall bij aan de doelstellingen van het programma.

• Je hebt een afgeronde Master Bedrijfskunde met de focus op het oplossen van vraagstukken binnen multidisciplinaire teams
• Je hebt minimaal 2 jaar werkervaring met kwaliteitsmanagement en procesverbetering, opgedaan in de afgelopen 4 jaar
• Je hebt minimaal 4 jaar werkervaring als projectmedewerker/procesbegeleider, opgedaan in de afgelopen 6 jaar
• Je hebt ervaring met Mavim, Microsoft Office, PlusPort (Visma), Gripp, Microsoft Visio, Twinfield en Bascone
• Je hebt ervaring met procesmodellering, procesoptimalisatie en projectmatig werken

• Je hebt werkervaring met de Wet open overheid bij een gemeente met minimaal 250.000 inwoners
• Je hebt werkervaring als Woo adviseur op het gebied van proces identificatie, opgedaan in het afgelopen jaar

Working conditions: This job role offers a balanced split between operational (run) and project (build) work, with a distribution of 75% operational and 25% project-related tasks. To minimize the impact on business operations, some changes may be scheduled outside of regular business hours.
