Vacature: BIM Data Expert bij Schiphol Group

Voor de Schiphol Group zijn we op zoek naar een BIM data expert.

Toelichting

Schiphol is bezig met implementatie en optimalisatie van BIM-processen binnen meerdere belangrijke programma's. Het hoofddoel is het realiseren van uniforme en gestroomlijnde workflows, die zorgen voor meer efficiëntie, betere samenwerking en een consistent gebruik van BIM-data binnen de verschillende afdelingen.

Rolomschrijving

De specifieke rol als BIM data expert richt zich op zowel strategisch advies als de praktische uitvoering van BIM-specifieke taken, met name in de programma’s:

  • Laagspanning op orde – het genereren van E-schema’s uit BIM.

  • Road – Dataverrijking en/of data ambitie bepaling mbv BIM data.

  • BIM2Maintain - Afstemming BIM gerelateerde zaken met MC’s BOK.

  • Dataverzoeken waar BIM data nodig is (zoals Glasbewassing, Brandveiligheid, Terminal Use Cases, BIM for Portfolio).

  • BIM vraagstukken binnen ons BPI data team.

Activiteiten

  • Als BIM data expert vraagstukken die binnenkomen bij AID en/of datateam, oplossen op (open)BIM gebied.

  • Coördineren van afspraken op BIM-gebied voor bovengenoemde programma’s.

  • Toetsen van BIM-modellen aan de gestelde eisen.

  • Adviseren over leveringsspecificaties richting het IM-team.

  • Adviseren van de aanpak en toetsen van plannen hoe de MC’s BIM willen gebruiken en opleveren aan Schiphol.

  • Gebruiken van (open)BIM expertise voor de verdere uitrol van BIM-data voor verschillende toepassingen (Implementatie).

  • Converteren en ontsluiten van BIM-data voor verschillende applicaties (Schiphol Maps, PowerBI, etc).

Functie-eisen

Voor deze rol zijn de volgende vereisten van toepassing:

  • Kennis van BIM workflows en openBIM standaarden (IFC, BCF, IDS) is vereist.
  • Ervaring met het coördineren van grote, multidisciplinaire projecten: In staat om met verschillende afdelingen en externe partijen de aanpak vast te stellen en te bewaken.
  • Analytische vaardigheden voor het toetsen van BIM-modellen: Ervaring met kwaliteitscontrole van modellen (Solibri Modelcheck applicatie) en het waarborgen van datakwaliteit.
  • Teamspeler.
  • Expertise en ervaring in het toegankelijk maken van BIM-data voor verschillende toepassingen met behulp van verschillende softwareapplicaties zoals Esri, Revit, AutoCAD, Excel, etc.
  • Kennis van assetmanagement is een pré.
  • Minimaal HBO niveau.
  • Meer dan 5 jaar relevante werkervaring.
  • Flexibel, kan goed inspelen op veranderende situaties.
  • Communicatieve en verbindende vaardigheden: Capaciteit om bruggen te slaan tussen verschillende ketenpartners om uniformiteit in de BIM aanpak te creëren.

Working conditions: This job role offers a balanced split between operational (run) and project (build) work, with a distribution of 75% operational and 25% project-related tasks. To minimize the impact on business operations, some changes may be scheduled outside of regular business hours.
