We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst

We need someone with an analytical background and extensive knowledge of Microsoft 365 who can join our squad to help tackle challenging improvements. Your focus will be on enhancing services to become more compliant and sustainable, making them future-proof and efficient.

About Our Team

Within our Collaboration & Productivity department, we have multiple agile teams responsible for assisting over 40,000 Rabobank employees worldwide with their daily work utilizing Microsoft 365 cloud applications. Our customers deserve the best advice and support that we can deliver.

Making a Difference:

As a Business Analyst on Microsoft 365 with at least 5 years of experience, you will:

  • Help manage various applications holding unstructured data, including the SharePoint Online platform and OneDrive.

  • Improve services to become more secure and compliant, making them future-proof and more efficient.

  • Assist our organization in taking ownership and responsibility for the data and environments they own.

  • Minimize the risk of data oversharing and manage complex authorization issues by enhancing communication, increasing awareness, and educating employees.

  • Improve lifecycle management processes through automation and data insights, focusing on data and workspaces by translating policies to technical implementations.

  • Connect business and IT, dev and ops, bridging both to optimize collaboration.

  • Have hands-on expertise in Microsoft 365, tackling challenging themes around data growth in the cloud and contemporary issues around Co-Pilot and oversharing.

With You:

Collaboration, agility, complex problem solving, and judgment & decision making are clearly essential for the role of a Business Analyst in Microsoft 365. In addition, it's important that you recognize everything in the checklist below:

Competencies:

  • At least 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst/DevOps Engineer with an analytical background, managing Microsoft 365 (SharePoint preferred).
  • Knowledge of SharePoint Online and OneDrive for Business.
  • Critical thinker who is not afraid to challenge others to maximize results.
  • You get things done, show ownership, and love to be assertive.
  • You carry the responsibility for the services we provide.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to communicate at all levels.
  • Fluent in English and/or Dutch language on a professional level.
