• Je onderhoudt de relatie met een aantal gecontracteerde en/of gesubsidieerde aanbieders. Je beheert de contractuele en/of subsidie afspraken met deze aanbieders.

• Je houdt de kwaliteit van de geleverde dienstverlening aan de Rotterdamse burgers in de gaten, je moedigt innovatie aan en stuurt bij waar het nodig is.
• Je levert een actieve bijdrage in de continue verbetering van de rol van opdrachtgever.
• Je houdt de ontwikkelingen binnen het werkveld van contractmanagement nauwlettend in de gaten en vertaalt deze naar impact en kansen voor onze organisatie. Je bouwt en onderhoudt een sterk (intern) netwerk met relevante stakeholders en fungeert als aanspreekpunt en expert. Je geeft gevraagd en ongevraagd advies en behartigt de belangen van contractmanagement intern en extern.

• Je beschikt over minimaal een afgeronde hbo-bachelor opleiding
• Je hebt werkervaring binnen het sociaal domein
• Je hebt minimaal 2 jaar werkervaring als contractmanager, opgedaan in de afgelopen 4 jaar
• Je hebt werkervaring met het lezen en analyseren van jaarverslagen en jaarrekeningen, dit kun je aantonen op het cv

• Je hebt werkervaring met de Wmo en/of de jeugdwet
• Je hebt werkervaring opgedaan als contractmanager op het gebied van de Wmo en/of Jeugdwet
• Je hebt werkervaring bij een gemeente met minimaal 70.000 inwoners
• Je hebt minimaal 4 jaar werkervaring als contractmanager, opgedaan in de afgelopen 7 jaar
• Je hebt werkervaring met het verlenen van subsidies

Working conditions: This job role offers a balanced split between operational (run) and project (build) work, with a distribution of 75% operational and 25% project-related tasks. To minimize the impact on business operations, some changes may be scheduled outside of regular business hours.
