As the forward-looking Data DevOps Engineer, you will contribute to making KPN a fully data-driven company. The Data & AI Office (DAO) is part of the Technology and Digital Office (TDO) within KPN. DAO is responsible for enabling a digital, data-driven KPN.

Do you have ambitions in the direction of Business Intelligence and working with large telecom data? Do you want to be part of a team that focuses on making customer interactions data-driven at KPN? • At least 2 years of experience in Data Modeling.
• Good working experience in Python or any other programming language.
• Experience working with Big Data.
• Some experience in any cloud environment, preferably Azure.
• You love to design and write maintainable code, and cover it with valuable tests.
• Knowledge of Linux, with familiarity in Windows as well.
• You have experience in the creation of automation for data pipelines using CI/CD.
• You understand the value of writing unit tests as part of your coding cycle.

Working Conditions

This job role offers a balanced split between operational (run) and project (build) work, with a distribution of 75% operational and 25% project-related tasks. To minimize the impact on business operations, some changes may be scheduled outside of regular business hours. The location for this job vacancy is in Utrecht, the Netherlands.
