Your Role

As a DevOps Engineer, you will be responsible for the full software development lifecycle from ideation to deployment and operations. You will:

• Design, build, test, and run high-quality software solutions;
• Ensure compliance with architectural, security, and documentation standards;
• Contribute to quality assurance, incident resolution, and continuous improvement;
• Inspire your team with the latest digital innovations and best practices.

Your Profile

We’re looking for a proactive, collaborative, and technically skilled professional who brings the following:

Must-Have Skills:

• 5+ years of experience in backend software development;
• Proficiency in Java (17+) and/or Kotlin, Spring Boot (3.x), and Maven;
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and a DevOps mindset;
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as Azure Pipelines, Ansible, NexusIQ, SonarQube, and CheckMarx;
• Experience with API gateway technologies (e.g. KONG);
• Familiarity with Cucumber for testing;
• Willingness to work with AWS cloud services.

Soft Skills:

• Strong team player with excellent collaboration skills;
• High sense of ownership and accountability;
• Growth mindset – open to learning and feedback;
• Clear and effective communication in English.

Our client is a financial service provider for 7.1 million customers in 40 countries, you know already. Our Red Team works for all the locations of our client in all these countries. Working conditions: This job role offers a balanced split between operational (run) and project (build) work, with a distribution of 75% operational and 25% project-related tasks. To minimize the impact on business operations, some changes may be scheduled outside of regular business hours.
