Your Role
As a DevOps Engineer, you will be responsible for the full software development lifecycle from ideation to deployment and operations. You will:
- Design, build, test, and run high-quality software solutions;
- Ensure compliance with architectural, security, and documentation standards;
- Contribute to quality assurance, incident resolution, and continuous improvement;
- Inspire your team with the latest digital innovations and best practices.

Requirements
Your Profile
We’re looking for a proactive, collaborative, and technically skilled professional who brings the following:
Must-Have Skills:
- 5+ years of experience in backend software development;
- Proficiency in Java (17+) and/or Kotlin, Spring Boot (3.x), and Maven;
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and a DevOps mindset;
- Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as Azure Pipelines, Ansible, NexusIQ, SonarQube, and CheckMarx;
- Experience with API gateway technologies (e.g. KONG);
- Familiarity with Cucumber for testing;
- Willingness to work with AWS cloud services.
Soft Skills:
- Strong team player with excellent collaboration skills;
- High sense of ownership and accountability;
- Growth mindset – open to learning and feedback;
- Clear and effective communication in English.

Working conditions: This job role offers a balanced split between operational (run) and project (build) work, with a distribution of 75% operational and 25% project-related tasks. To minimize the impact on business operations, some changes may be scheduled outside of regular business hours.
