We are looking for a DevOps Engineer Microsoft 365 to join our squad and tackle complex improvements. You will focus on making our services sustainable and future-proof.

Within our Collaboration & Productivity department, multiple agile teams support over 40,000 Rabobank employees worldwide in their daily work with Microsoft 365 cloud applications. Our clients deserve the best advice and support we can offer.

As a DevOps Engineer Microsoft 365 with at least 5 years of experience:

• You will manage various applications, including SharePoint Online and OneDrive, through scripts and Azure Pipelines.
• You will take responsibility for support requests.
• You will improve our services to make them more sustainable, future-proof, and efficient.
• You will assist our organization in structuring and managing workspaces.
• You will minimize the risk of data sharing outside the frameworks.
• You will automate processes and generate insights from data.
• You will monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of improvements.

Duration: 25-11-2025 - 30-10-2026 with an option to extend.

Language: English or Dutch at a professional level.

Location: Utrecht.

Competencies:

• At least 5 years of experience as a DevOps Engineer with Microsoft 365 (preferably SharePoint).
• Experienced in developing and maintaining PowerShell scripts.
• Experience with release management and managing pipelines via Azure DevOps.
• Knowledge of SharePoint Online and OneDrive for Business.
• Critical thinker who is not afraid to challenge others.
• Results-oriented, shows ownership, and is assertive.
• Responsible for both development and operational services.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to communicate at all levels.
• Fluent in English and/or Dutch at a professional level.
