• Verwerken van bestelaanvragen en het oplossen van blokkades binnen het gemeentelijk inkoopproces.
• Muteren en actualiseren van projecten binnen de projectadministratie.
• Genereren en verwerken van facturen richting externe klanten van de gemeente.
• Administratief en inhoudelijk ondersteunen bij subsidietrajecten.
• Signaleren en actief opvolgen van openstaande facturen binnen de afdeling.
• Uitvoeren van contractbeheer, waaronder het verlengen, ophogen en administratief beheren van contracten.

• Je hebt minimaal een afgeronde mbo 4 opleiding
• Je hebt minimaal 6 maanden werkervaring met inkoop en contractmanagement binnen projecten, opgedaan in de afgelopen 3 jaar
• Je hebt werkervaring met projectadministratie en uitgaande facturatie
• Je hebt minimaal 6 maanden werkervaring bij een overheidsorganisatie, opgedaan in de afgelopen 5 jaar
• Je hebt minimaal 6 maanden werkervaring met Oracle Fusion, opgedaan in de 3 afgelopen

• Je bent per direct beschikbaar
• Je hebt minimaal een afgeronde hbo-opleiding in een financieel-administratieve, bedrijfseconomische of bestuurskundige richting
• Je beschikt over minimaal 6 maanden werkervaring bij een gemeente met minimaal 180.000 inwoners
• Je beschikt over minimaal 1 jaar werkervaring in het werkveld van mobiliteit, bijvoorbeeld in verkeerd en vervoer

Working conditions: This job role offers a balanced split between operational (run) and project (build) work, with a distribution of 75% operational and 25% project-related tasks. To minimize the impact on business operations, some changes may be scheduled outside of regular business hours.
