• Je bent in het bezit van een afgeronde hbo-opleiding in de richting van Informatica of Business IT & Management;
• Je brengt minimaal 4 jaar werkervaring als functioneel beheerder bij een overheidsinstelling met je mee;
• Je hebt ervaring met het testen en accepteren van systemen;
• Je hebt ervaring met de Common Ground principes.
• Je hebt ervaring met Agile (SCRUM) werken;
• Je bent BiSL gecertificeerd;
• Je bent ITILv4 gecertificeerd;
• Je hebt kennis van RPA software’s (bijvoorbeeld met UiPath).

• Je hebt ervaring met zaakgericht werken binnen een gemeentelijke omgeving;
• Je hebt ervaring met datagedreven werken en documentcreatiesystemen (Xential);
• Je hebt ervaring met DevOps werken;
• Je hebt ervaring met zaaksysteem zoals e-Suite, PodiumD (Open Formulieren);
• Je hebt kennis van AVG, Archiefwet.

Working conditions: This job role offers a balanced split between operational (run) and project (build) work, with a distribution of 75% operational and 25% project-related tasks. To minimize the impact on business operations, some changes may be scheduled outside of regular business hours.
