IT Auditor - cluster BCO

• Je bent als onderdeel van de afdeling Financial Audit (FA) betrokken bij IT-audits ten behoeve van de jaarrekeningcontrole.
• Je bent als onderdeel van het IT-team van de afdeling Financial Audit betrokken bij eventuele verdiepende en thematische IT-audits
• Het opzetten, uitvoeren én verbeteren van audits op IT-systemen en processen. Je bent hierbij verantwoordelijk van begin tot eind.
• Je bewaakt en verbetert de kwaliteit van audits door het uitvoeren van reviews en werkt met ons samen de IT-audit functie naar een hoger plan te krijgen.
• Naar aanleiding van de audits bespreek je je bevindingen zelfstandig met het verantwoordelijke management.
• Je rapporteert helder, overtuigend en to-the-point, zodanig dat deze voldoende aanknopingspunten bieden voor de verbetering door het verantwoordelijk management
• Je volgt de recente ontwikkelingen in het vakgebied en past deze waar mogelijk toe.

• Je bent in het bezit van een RE titel
• Je hebt minimaal 3 jaar werkervaring als IT- Auditor bij een overheidsinstelling, opgedaan in de afgelopen 5 jaar
• Je hebt als IT-auditor ervaring met de volgende werkzaamheden
• Uitvoeren van complexere audits binnen het ITGC-domein
• Toetsen van application controls in ERP-omgevingen
• Begeleiden en ondersteunen van financiële data-analyses

• Je hebt in de afgelopen 3 jaar werkervaring opgedaan met de volgende IT standaarden: ISO 27001/ 27002 en BIO
• Je hebt systeemkennis van Oracle Cloud

Working conditions: This job role offers a balanced split between operational (run) and project (build) work, with a distribution of 75% operational and 25% project-related tasks. To minimize the impact on business operations, some changes may be scheduled outside of regular business hours.
