About the Role

Yusen Logistics is seeking an experienced IT End-User Computing (EUC) Lead to join our European IT central services team on a contract basis. This role is critical in providing leadership and technical expertise within the EUC domain, ensuring a consistent and efficient end-user experience across multiple countries.

You will lead a small, diverse team (currently three members) and act as a hands-on technical authority. The ideal candidate will mentor team members, challenge existing processes, and drive improvements in EUC strategy and operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor the EUC team, fostering growth and knowledge sharing.
• Provide hands-on technical leadership and 3rd-line support for EUC platforms.
• Assess technical boundaries and challenge the team to adopt best practices.
• Collaborate with the IT Operations Manager and other stakeholders to define and maintain EUC strategy.
• Drive standardization of device platforms and procurement processes across European offices.
• Support transition of MS365/O365 and Teams responsibilities from hosting to EUC team.
• Work closely with procurement to manage hardware sourcing and supplier relationships.
• Ensure alignment with IT security best practices and architectural standards.

Location: Netherlands (1–2 days per week on-site, flexible across Yusen offices)

Duration: 6 months (with potential extension)

Technical Skills & Experience

Strong expertise in Microsoft Windows ecosystem (Windows 10/11) and large-scale deployments. Solid understanding of Azure AD and Intune/Endpoint Management (hands-on experience preferred). Proficiency in Microsoft 365/O365 and Teams administration. Knowledge of Active Directory, DNS, Remote Desktop Services, and related Microsoft technologies. Familiarity with PowerShell scripting and networking fundamentals (DHCP, DNS, Firewalls). Experience in device standardization and policy implementation across multiple regions. Excellent English communication skills; ability to influence and lead in an international environment.
