Jij zorgt voor zorgeloze betalingen!

Zorg jij ervoor dat onze klanten zonder erbij na te denken zorgeloos, veilig en tegen zo laag mogelijke kosten betalingen kunnen doen en ontvangen? En doe jij onderzoek naar frauduleuze of betwiste transacties wanneer blijkt dat er iets niet in orde is?

Jij & jouw functie

Als Medewerker Betalingsverkeer Fraude Alerts draag je bij door ondersteuning te bieden bij het afhandelen van fraude meldingen op Rabobank creditcards. Daarnaast sta je klanten telefonisch te woord wanneer er een melding wordt gedaan over een betwiste transactie met hun betaalpas.

• Binnen het team van Special Disputes, Fraud & Cards

• Samen met 36 directe collega’s

• Minimaal 24 uur per week

Een gemiddelde werkdag

Ben je benieuwd wat er op een gemiddelde werkdag op jouw to-do lijst staat? Denk bijvoorbeeld aan:

• Het beoordelen en afhandelen van meldingen die voortkomen uit frauderegels op creditcards, die gezet zijn in het risk hield systeem. Hierbij onderneem je alle acties die nodig zijn om schade te beperken voor de klant en de bank.

• Het voeren van gesprekken met klanten vanwege een mogelijke fraude melding op de creditcard.

• Telefonisch en per mail navragen van klanten over hun transacties met hun betaalpas of hun storting bij Geldmaat in behandeling nemen.

• Signalering richting verschillende onderdelen binnen de bank.

Gesprekken zullen plaatsvinden op: donderdag en vrijdag 15 en 16 mei 2025

Vaste startdatum: Maandag 2 juni 2025

De eerste drie dagen van de opdracht geldt een aanwezigheidsplicht in verband met een interne opleiding. Daarna zijn de uren flexibel in te delen in overleg met de leidinggevende.

De opdracht is voor vier maanden, en het is de bedoeling dat je gedurende deze periode volledig beschikbaar bent.

Jij & jouw talent

• Een afgeronde MBO niveau 4 opleiding of HBO

• Goede beheersing van zowel de Nederlandse als de Engelse taal

• Minimaal 1 jaar praktische (bank) werkervaring, bijv. in een betalingsverkeer omgeving met producten zoals cards of fraude afhandeling;

• Ervaring met telefonisch klantcontact of klachtenmanagement is een pré.

• Kennis en ervaring met Lean is een pré;

• Focus op de klant

Working conditions: This job role offers a balanced split between operational (run) and project (build) work, with a distribution of 75% operational and 25% project-related tasks. To minimize the impact on business operations, some changes may be scheduled outside of regular business hours.
