This Vacancy: Windows Server Team

This position is within the Windows server team, part of the F4T Platform Services area. You will be making a difference by:

• Operating existing servers 24/7 while developing automation for seamless and safe automatic deployment of new servers and managing existing ones.
• Working in an international environment with our Windows platform team based in Utrecht and London.
• Managing a 4000+ on-prem server environment.

Experience as Scrum Master

As a Scrum Master, I bring a wealth of experience in:

• Managing a complex stakeholder landscape
• Leading Agile DevOps squads
• Applying Scrum and Agile methods and principles (PSM I)
• Embedding and utilizing the right metrics
• Working within Azure DevOps or similar task/project tracking tools

Additionally, I possess a mastery of the English language.

It Would Be Nice If You:

• Are PSM II certified
• Hold PSPO I & II certifications
• Have experience as a Scrum Master with IT DevOps teams
• Have experience with Rabobank S@S WoW/rituals

Working conditions: This job role offers a balanced split between operational (run) and project (build) work, with a distribution of 75% operational and 25% project-related tasks. To minimize the impact on business operations, some changes may be scheduled outside of regular business hours.
