As a Pega Solution Architect (niche) for Rabobank Tribe Housing, Area Mortgage Criteria and Management, you have the opportunity to make a sustainable impact on our customers and employees.

Our purpose as Area MCM is to be the financial partner for our customers with responsible financing and personalized servicing. We do this by providing clear, simple, and sustainable solutions for our customers, helping them with their financial health.

The Pega Solution Architect (niche) vacancy focuses on the Special Asset Management cluster. Within this cluster, we are working on creating a future state of applications, digitalizing where possible, and streamlining the organization. All of this is done while maintaining a human approach to handling resolutions in times of distress.

As part of the IT team, we enable this by creating a seamless digital journey. In this journey, our applications and services are available both online (web/app) and offline, with some built in-house and others managed by vendors. Your Role and Responsibilities

  • You are proactive and understand the business drivers and capabilities (both future and current state) to determine appropriate solutions that drive targeted business outcomes.
  • Manage and lead the architecture for the squads while collaborating closely with the Area Leadership Team, the squads, and other stakeholders.
  • Provide oversight and foster built-in-quality to ensure squads create high-quality and well-designed technical solutions.

Top 3 Responsibilities

  • Manage and lead the architecture efforts for the area together with the business architect and other solution architects.
  • Create and socialize an end-to-end solution architecture.
  • Mentor and coach junior SAs and LSAs to implement the associated architecture.

Working conditions: This job role offers a balanced split between operational (run) and project (build) work, with a distribution of 75% operational and 25% project-related tasks. To minimize the impact on business operations, some changes may be scheduled outside of regular business hours.
