You will be working in one of our teams in the Office of the CIO, specifically within the IT & Data Processes & Learning team. This team focuses on IT & Data process and performance improvement, as well as building a culture of learning.

Role and Responsibilities

As the IT & Data Process Consultant, you will contribute to enhancing our in-house process and data modeling capabilities using Lean & Six Sigma practices for process improvement and cost efficiency.

In this role, you will:

• Support business process owners in their responsibility to maintain and improve processes.
• Improve Business Process Management maturity for the IT & Data sector.
• Update the relevant processes as published in the myProcess (ARIS) environment.
• Analyze IT & Data processes to identify inefficiencies and streamline workflows.
• Enhance quality by applying Lean & Six Sigma techniques to reduce defects in IT & Data services.
• Perform data-driven decision-making relying on process KPIs and data analysis.
• Identify waste and unnecessary costs in operations.

Education and Experience

6+ years of process design experience, preferably as an internal or external consultant within a corporate environment (improvement experience beneficial).

At least 5 years of experience in a large organization, with a solid background in IT & Data environments.

Experience with ARIS business process analysis & management software.

MSc or BSc in Information Management, Business Administration or a related field.

Skills

• Strong Project Management, Facilitation, Communication & Stakeholder Management skills.

Working conditions: This job role offers a balanced split between operational (run) and project (build) work, with a distribution of 75% operational and 25% project-related tasks. To minimize the impact on business operations, some changes may be scheduled outside of regular business hours.
