About the Position
We are looking for a strategic and visionary Product Owner who will lead the development and optimization of Azure DevOps within our Financial Economic Crime (FEC) domain. You will play a key role in defining the future state, setting standards, and aligning ways of working across teams to ensure secure, scalable, and high-performing DevOps practices. Are you the one who can establish and maintain a robust baseline configuration in Azure DevOps to enable effective reporting on (strategic) changes?
Your Responsibilities
As a Product Owner Azure DevOps, you will be responsible for:
- Defining the vision and goals for the use of Azure DevOps within FEC, aligned with Rabobank’s strategic objectives.
- Developing and maintaining the roadmap to the future state, including prioritization of initiatives and features.
- Reporting on progress, risks, and bottlenecks to senior management and key stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment.
- Setting and enforcing standards for ways of working (WoW), design principles, usage guidelines, and performance benchmarks.
- Driving alignment of Azure DevOps practices across FEC teams, fostering collaboration and consistency.
- Managing resources effectively, ensuring the right capabilities are in place to deliver on the roadmap.

Requirements
What Do You Bring
• A Bachelor or Master’s degree.
• Senior-level knowledge and experience (5-10 yrs) with Agile methodologies in large, complex organizations. Experience with S@S within Rabobank is a strong advantage.
• Proven experience as a Product Owner or a similar strategic role within complex (DevOps) environments.
• Strong understanding of Azure DevOps tooling, flows, pipelines, and governance.
• Ability to translate strategic goals into actionable plans and measurable outcomes.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, maintaining strong alignment with Business-, System Owners and other stakeholders.
• Experience in setting standards and driving adoption across diverse teams.
• Affinity with Financial Economic Crime or regulated environments is a plus.
