Stel je voor: je leidt leerprojecten die bijdragen aan de ontwikkeling van duizenden professionals wereldwijd binnen het Chief Operating Officer (COO) domein. Als Projectleider Learning & Development ben je verantwoordelijk voor het succesvol opleveren van leeroplossingen die aansluiten bij strategische doelstellingen en risico’s. Je primaire doelgroep bestaat uit professionals binnen het COO domein. Een belangrijke focus ligt op het Financial Economic Crime (FEC) vakgebied. Je fungeert als centraal aanspreekpunt voor stakeholders en vertaalt hun behoeften naar concrete leerinterventies.

Wat ga je doen?

• Leid (internationale) leerprojecten van intake tot implementatie
• Bewaking van voortgang en tijdslijnen
• Vertaal bedrijfsdoelstellingen naar effectieve leeroplossingen
• Manage ontwikkelteams en coördineer resources
• Beheer stakeholdermanagement over diverse afdelingen en regio’s
• Identificeer kansen voor innovatie en verbetering
• Rapporteer over voortgang, risico’s en impact

Eisen: COO Lean Processen Projectmanagement Jij & jouw talenten

Minimaal een hbo-diploma

Ten minste 3 jaar ervaring met het leiden van projecten

Ervaring in Learning & Development en/of instructional design

Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden en ervaring met stakeholdermanagement

Bekendheid met Lean en Agile werkwijzen

Uitstekende beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk

Kennis van Rabobank is een plus, maar niet vereist

Working conditions: This job role offers a balanced split between operational (run) and project (build) work, with a distribution of 75% operational and 25% project-related tasks. To minimize the impact on business operations, some changes may be scheduled outside of regular business hours.
