• Eerste aanspreekpunt voor de betreffende inkoper
• Zorgdragen voor tijdige besluitvorming door MT en/of projectgroep leden
• Rapporteren aan MT en/of projectgroep leden
• Plannen bijeenkomsten met de werkgroep van de aanbesteding en indien nodig de werkgroep van het implementatieteam en/of stuurgroep
• Beschikbaarheid diverse werkgroepen verzorgen
• Bijhouden actielijsten
• Het coördineren van acties van diverse stakeholders gedurende het project
• Verzamelen van de input vanuit diverse stakeholders intern en extern (behoefte en markt)
• Verzorgen dat de implementatie is geborgd en het contract soepel kan worden overgedragen aan contractmanagement

• Je hebt minimaal een afgeronde Hbo-opleiding in de richting van Facility Management, Inkoop of Bestuurskunde
• Je hebt minimaal 3 jaar werkervaring met aanbesteding – en inkooptrajecten, opgedaan in de afgelopen 5 jaar
• Je hebt werkervaring met projectmatig werken
• Je hebt minimaal 3 jaar werkervaring met financiële processen op het gebied van Inkoop, opgedaan in de afgelopen 5 jaar

• Je hebt werkervaring met het doen van aanbestedingen binnen een (semi) overheidsorganisatie
• Je bent in het bezit van rijbewijs B

Working conditions: This job role offers a balanced split between operational (run) and project (build) work, with a distribution of 75% operational and 25% project-related tasks. To minimize the impact on business operations, some changes may be scheduled outside of regular business hours.
