Projectleider ICT - cluster BCO

• Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het ICT-technische deel van het project.
• Je draagt zorg voor de bemensing van het project vanuit afdeling Innovatie, Informatievoorziening, Facilitair en Onderzoek (IIFO), rekening houdend met benodigde kennis en competenties.
• Je draagt zorg voor de technische realisatie van het project; stuurt het projectteam aan, geeft opdrachten en aanwijzingen en betrekt – indien wenselijk – de omgeving (opdrachtgever, beslissers, belanghebbenden).
• Je treedt op als voorzitter van de projectbesprekingen en bereidt besluitvorming door de opdrachtgever(s) voor.
• Je zorgt ervoor dat elk project een stuurgroep heeft, informeert de stuurgroep over relevante issues en bereidt besluitvorming voor.
• Je verzorgt ICT-ondersteuning o.a. op gebied van architectuur, security en informatiebeveiliging bij aanbestedingen en marktconsultaties.
• Je monitort het project op basis van de GOTRICK-aspecten en stuurt zo nodig bij (in overleg met de opdrachtgever).
• Je rapporteert periodiek door middel van HPR’s (hoofdpuntenrapportage) aan de opdrachtgever en Strategisch Informatieadviseur (SIA) over de GOTRICK-aspecten.
• Je doet expliciet aan risicomanagement: het in kaart brengen en monitoren van de risico’s en de beheersmaatregelen die daaraan bijdragen.

• Je beschikt minimaal over een afgeronde hbo-opleiding
• Je hebt minimaal 4 jaar aaneengesloten, aantoonbare ervaring, opgedaan in de afgelopen 7 jaar, als technisch projectleider op het gebied van ICT-infrastructuur en/of applicatieprojecten bij een grote organisatie van minimaal 1.000 medewerkers
• Je bent Prince2 Practitioner en/of IPMA C gecertificeerd

• Je hebt ervaring in de functie van ICT-projectleider bij een gemeente met minimaal 300.000 inwoners
• Je hebt de opleiding Prince2 Foundation afgerond
• Je hebt kennis van en ervaring met informatiebeveiliging en NIS2

Working conditions: This job role offers a balanced split between operational (run) and project (build) work, with a distribution of 75% operational and 25% project-related tasks. To minimize the impact on business operations, some changes may be scheduled outside of regular business hours.
