Professional Experience Overview

Here's a summary of the qualifications and experiences that make for a well-rounded application developer:

• 5+ years of experience in application development, focusing specifically on SalesForce.
• Multiple years of experience working in a Telco environment, with a solid understanding of Telco business processes (including Quote & Order capture and fulfillment processes).
• Proficient in SalesForce Industries (Vlocity), particularly in a Telco implementation.
• Experienced in Sales Cloud; familiarity with Contracting and Order Management is a plus.
• Hands-on experience with system integrations (JSON/REST/SOAP); familiarity with SalesForce platform events is advantageous.
• Strong coding background in multiple programming languages.
• Knowledgeable about design patterns and best practices, and skilled in applying them effectively.
• Experienced with standardized software packages, able to weigh the pros and cons of customizing versus out-of-the-box solutions.
• Experienced in CI/CD tooling (git, GitHub actions, Jira) within a SalesForce environment.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Experience and enthusiasm for working in a fast-paced, iterative development environment; experience with Agile development is a strong plus.
• Experience with process and data analysis in an operational context is a plus.
• Experience in UI/UX design in Salesforce Lightning and a good understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (ES2019+) is a plus.
• Familiarity with JavaScript libraries such as Typescript, AngularJS, Vue, and React is a plus.
