Vacature: Scrum Master bij Rabobank

Ga de enerverende uitdaging aan om twee van onze agile teams (squads) naar nieuwe hoogten te tillen binnen de Area Special Payments Solutions (SPS) Trade van de Tribe Payments.

De 2 Trade squads zijn geografisch verdeeld over Nederland en India. De applicatie die wordt beheerd, nemen wij af van een leverancier. De 2 squads zorgen voor de technische implementatie en beheer, als mede voor de definitie en testen van maatwerk door deze leverancier. Daarnaast biedt het squad 2de lijns ondersteuning aan de operationele Trade teams.

Over SPS Trade

Bij SPS Trade beheren en ontwikkelen wij applicaties ter ondersteuning van onze Trade-proposities. Dat betekent dat door jouw inspanningen wij zakelijke klanten een naadloze en transparante klantreis kunnen aanbieden voor de Bank Garanties, Letter of Credit en Documentaire betalingen. Onze vier Trade-Squads dragen zorg voor deze klantreis.

En dat is een flinke uitdaging! Onze afdeling is verantwoordelijk voor het vernieuwen en beheren van alle Trade-applicaties. De druk op vernieuwing, gedreven door diverse business cases - nieuwe architectuur, nieuwe producten, innovatieve kanalen, AI, wijzigingen in wet- en regelgeving, kosten en efficiency en veranderend klantgedrag - zorgt ervoor dat jij en het team continu worden uitgedaagd het beste uit jezelf te halen.

Wij geloven dat het ontwikkelen van high performance teams begint met een ervaren Scrum Master, die teams actief faciliteert om continu gefocust te blijven op de sprintdoelen en het verbeterpotentieel om waarde toe te voegen voor onze klanten. Hiervoor bereid je de Scrum rituelen voor en faciliteer je deze.

Je herkent kansen om de samenwerking binnen en tussen teams in de Rabobank-organisatie te verbeteren. Je weet de juiste balans te vinden tussen de verschillende Scrum Master stances zoals coachen, wegnemen van impediments, veranderingen doorvoeren en faciliteren.

Je hebt een ondernemende mindset en bent in staat om groei van het squad, cluster, area en individuele teamleden te faciliteren.

Jouw Scrum Master Toolset

Jouw scrum master toolset bestaat uit:

• Ervaring: Je hebt al meerdere DevOps-teams tegelijk gecoacht.
• Jij bent de spiegel: Voor je Product Owners en je teamleden en je durft kritisch te zijn.
• Ondersteunend: Je ondersteunt het team bij de scrum ceremonies en teambuilding sessies.
• Verbeterend: Je bent in staat om het team naar het volgende niveau te leiden: een high performance DevOps-team. Je weet hoe je de DevOps best practices moet toepassen.
• Luisteren: Focussen op wat er gezegd wordt in plaats van wat jij wilt zeggen.
• Coachen: Empathisch zijn en mensen helpen groeien.
• Verandermanagement: De skills hebben om teams te helpen hun gedrag te veranderen.
• Organiseren: De teams helpen hun toegevoegde waarde te begrijpen en te laten zien.
• Conflicthantering: Door issues op tafel te leggen en constructief te faciliteren.
• Feedback: Het kunnen wijzen op de gevolgen van iemands gedrag op het team.
• Duidelijke communicatie: Met diverse stakeholders; Product Owners, Solutions Architects, Area Lead, Tech Leads, andere Scrum Masters en andere business stakeholders, en ook leveranciers.

In de tribe Payments hechten we veel waarde aan klantgerichtheid, een goed energieniveau, motivatie om dingen voor elkaar te krijgen, empathie en het omarmen van verandering. Daarnaast is het belangrijk dat je jezelf herkent in onderstaande checklist:

• Een bachelor diploma of hoger.
• Je beheerst de Engelse en Nederlandse taal: Zowel in geschreven als gesproken vorm.
• Officieel Scrum Master certificaat: Scrum.org, PSM-I bij voorkeur PSM-II.
• 5+ jaar of meer ervaring: In IT software ontwikkeling als Scrum Master in een coachende/faciliterende rol.
• Kennis van en ervaring met: Agile, SCRUM, LEAN, DevOps, Scaled Agile (bijvoorbeeld Less).
• Kennis van en ervaring met tools: Zoals MS Teams, Miro & Azure DevOps.
• Kennis van CI/CD principes.
• Het is een pré: Als je eerder hebt gewerkt als developer, tester of business analist of een andere rol in het IT voortbrengingsproces waardoor je in staat bent om te begrijpen wat er speelt bij de teams.
• Kennis van het bankdomein is een pré.
• Kennis van en ervaring met ITIL en operationele ondersteunende processen is een pré.

Working Conditions

This job role is split between operational (run) and project (build) work, with a 75%/25% distribution. Some changes are planned outside business hours to minimize impact on the business. This job vacancy is for the location Utrecht (NL).
