• Advocate the changes needed to shorten the feedback loop.
• Organize constructive and effective conversations to resolve impediments.

Top Responsibilities

1. Guide and coach the linQ Platform and linQ Enterprise Knowledge Graph squads in agile practices, ensuring adherence to S@S principles.
2. Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies.
3. Detect, chase down, and mediate in the resolution of impediments.
4. Celebrate and share successes together with stakeholders.
