Your Role as a ServiceNow Developer
We utilize the ServiceNow platform to optimize business processes for both our external customers and our internal service organization. We're on the lookout for a ServiceNow Developer to strengthen our ServiceNow DevOps team and contribute to user satisfaction.
As a ServiceNow Developer, you will collaborate closely with user organizations and the Product Owner to understand their wishes and needs, translating them into effective solutions. You'll work alongside an international team rich in knowledge and expertise to develop and implement these solutions.

Your Responsibilities as a ServiceNow Developer
- Assist the Product Owner in understanding user needs and collaborate with your team to refine user 'stories' for realization in 'sprints'.
- Work together with team colleagues to evolve and implement these solutions.
- Facilitate assistance from other teams when necessary and ensure knowledge and expertise are secured within your team.
- As part of a DevOps culture, address incidents directly and engage in discussions on how we can continuously improve.
- Tackle recurring operational tasks and apply creativity to streamline and automate these processes.

Requirements
What do we expect from you?
HBO working and thinking level (IT related);
- ITIL V3 knowledge and/or certification;
- At least 5 years of work experience in ServiceNow (ITSM);
- At least 2-3 years of work experience in portal development in ServiceNow;
- Experience with ServiceNow CSM (TSM) is an advantage;
- Demonstrable knowledge of AngularJS and other script/programming languages (JavaScript, XML, HTML, etc.);
- Communicative strength, solution-oriented mindset, and a sense of priority and value;
- Practical experience with Agile/DevOps is an advantage;
- Excellent English in both spoken and written form;
- Excellent collaboration skills;
- A commitment to continuous learning to aid in the development of the team.
