Job Opportunity: Solution Architect
We are looking for a Solution Architect with a passion for data and process, particularly in a marketing context. Within the area of Customer Engagement, we oversee the Marketing stack and outbound communications stack. This involves managing a significant amount of data logistics and governance.
The role will include:
- Supporting teams on configuring outbound communication and marketing strategies.
- Assisting with the necessary data governance.
- Creating a more unified process for data and marketing.
- Developing a future-proof architecture to handle data changes and marketing needs.
All of this will be done with a strong focus on the privacy and security of the customer.
Your Role
As a solution architect, you are not expected to have all the answers, but you should be eager and proactive in seeking them. The ability to operate independently is essential, along with strong communication skills to engage with various stakeholders.

Position: Solution Architect / Senior Business Analyst / Lead Data Engineer
Experience Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in IT, with at least 3 years in a Solution Architect, Senior Business Analyst with technical and architecture skills, or Lead Data Engineer role with data analysis experience.
Key Skills:
- Experience with marketing analytics, customer journey mapping, statistical modeling, campaign performance tracking, marketing campaign management, and attribution modeling.
- Experience in designing data solutions on Microsoft Azure (e.g., Azure Data Factory, Synapse Analytics, Azure SQL, Data Lake, Databricks).
- Excellent communication skills to engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with marketing data platforms, customer data platforms (CDPs), or tools like BlueConic (a plus), Adobe Experience Platform, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or similar.
- Knowledge of architecture frameworks and methodologies (e.g., TOGAF, ArchiMate, DYA). Certification is a plus.
- Experience with data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR) and compliance in data architectures.
- Knowledge of Pega Customer Decision Hub and propensity models is a plus.
- Knowledge of GenAI in a marketing setting is a plus.
- Fluent in English and Dutch.
