For our client in Amsterdam, we are looking for a Test Manager (Mortgages, Data Management, Finance and Risk domain).

The Reporting & Data Management (RDM) workstream is responsible for the downstream processing of mortgage data provided by Stater to our client via the DDS2 file. This daily delivered file initiates the data journey that flows through Data Management to the downstream users of mortgage data. Additionally, within the scope of RDM, several point-to-point connections to adjacent systems are established. The data delivered to these main users then finds its way to multiple subsequent users and data marts.

Objectives RDM Worstream:
• Develop and rationalize the mortgage data landscape to absorb the migration of the portfolio. Develop new data stores, data marts, a mortgage integration layer for generic data logic, and decouple integration layers for Finance and Risk for specific data logic.
• Implement a fully rationalized data flow in which the data from different mortgage portfolios is offered to the consuming parties in a combined and consistent set of attributes.
• Set up the intermediate Morse data landscape for processing the new data flow from the start of new production until the final delivery of the sweep tranche.
• Implement a new data flow of the mortgage portfolio via Stater DDS2.xx.
• Deliver a new data architecture for the intermediate Morse data landscape.
• Implement new data flows within the reporting lines of the departments Tr. MRT, CRM, MRM, FA, FBA and others consuming parties.

As a Test Manager you are responsible for developing and drawing up the test strategy within the RDM workflow. You play a crucial role in bringing together the business and technical teams, creating support and building an effective testing organization. You guide the development and business teams in devising the test approach, drawing up acceptance criteria and preparing test sets. You report to the RDM Program Manager.

Job description:
• Develop and manage a test strategy that meets technical and organizational requirements;
• Coordinating (technical) acceptance tests aimed at obtaining acceptance of the business;
• Frequent contact with squad leads and other workstream leaders to monitor progress and break through blockages;
• Providing thorough test reports;
• Creating support from the business and other domains to ensure the success of the testing and acceptance processes.

Requirements

What we ask
• At least 5 years of experience in the mortgage domain and in particular the Data Management, Finance and Risk environment
• At least 5 years of experience as a test manager;
• Extensive experience in working with multidisciplinary teams and long-term processes;
• Demonstrable knowledge of test automation, Agile methodology and building test processes;
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to involve and convince different stakeholders;
• Organizational talent: able to structure complex testing processes;
• Result orientation: focus on timely and successful delivery
• Collaborative orientation: works effectively with different disciplines and stakeholders;
• Analytical skills: can understand and solve complex problems;
• Proactive: Takes initiative to accelerate progress and overcome obstacles.
