• Analyseren van administratieve uitval uit Oracle Cloud en oplossingen adviseren om dit te voorkomen.
• Testen van nieuwe updates/releases van het Oracle Cloud systeem.
• Adviseren rondom aanvragen van rechten en rollen in de subsidiemodule van Oracle.
• Gevraagde en ongevraagde adviezen geven.
• Nieuwe ideeën voor procesverbeteringen inbrengen.
• Probleemoplossing.

• Je hebt minimaal een afgeronde hbo-opleiding
• Je hebt kennis van en ervaring met Oracle Cloud
• Je hebt ervaring met het verlenen van subsidies bij een overheidsorganisatie
• Je hebt kennis van de Algemene Wet Bestuursrecht (Awb)
• Je hebt minimaal 3 jaar kennis en ervaring met financieel administratieve werkzaamheden
• Je hebt minimaal 3 jaar kennis en werkervaring met juridische werkzaamheden
• Je hebt kennis en ervaring met Office en Cognos
• Je hebt minimaal 1 jaar werkervaring met digitalisering en automatisering van subsidiewerkprocessen

• Je hebt kennis van gemeentelijke Subsidieverordening
• Je hebt kennis van de BBV-regelgeving (Besluit Begroting Verantwoording)
• Je hebt minimaal 6 maanden werkervaring bij een gemeente van minimaal 180.000 inwoners

Working conditions: This job role offers a balanced split between operational (run) and project (build) work, with a distribution of 75% operational and 25% project-related tasks. To minimize the impact on business operations, some changes may be scheduled outside of regular business hours.
