Financial Auditor - cluster BCO

• Toetsen van de werking van de interne beheersmaatregelen bij risicovolle processen en systemen – maakt deel uit van gemeentelijke controletoren;
• Uitvoeren van systeemgericht en/of gegevensgerichte werkzaamheden bij verschillende processen;
• Verstrekken advies voor het (tijdig) bijstellen van processen en systemen indien zich hierin risicovolle onvolkomenheden in voordoen;

• Je hebt minimaal een afgeronde HBO-opleiding
• Je hebt minimaal 3 jaar werkervaring als financial auditor van processen binnen een overheidsorganisatie of gemeenschappelijke regeling, opgedaan in de afgelopen 5 jaar
• Je hebt als financial auditor ervaring met de volgende werkzaamheden
• Uitvoeren van financiële (proces) controles (exploitatie), balanspostcontroles en IT-systeemcontroles
• Afstemming van controlewerkzaamheden met de accountant

• Je beschikt over een afgeronde HBO- opleiding in de richting van Accountancy of vergelijkbaar
• Je hebt minimaal 2 jaar werkervaring met BBV regelgeving, opgedaan in de afgelopen 3 jaar
• Je hebt werkervaring met het opstellen van jaarlijkse controleplannen op basis van een overkoepelende risicoanalyse

Working conditions: This job role offers a balanced split between operational (run) and project (build) work, with a distribution of 75% operational and 25% project-related tasks. To minimize the impact on business operations, some changes may be scheduled outside of regular business hours.
