• Je toetst nieuw aangemaakte projecten en mutaties op projecten op kwaliteit en juistheid.
• Je controleert contracten, facturen en memorialen op juistheid en onderbouwing.
• Je beheert tussenrekeningen en levert maandelijks het dossier hiervoor op.
• Je beantwoordt tweedelijnsvragen van de Servicedesk Financiën.
• Je signaleert risico’s vroegtijdig, bespreekt ze met het team en doet verbetervoorstellen.

• Je bent in het bezit van een afgeronde hbo-opleiding in Accountancy, Finance & Control, Bedrijfseconomie of vergelijkbaar
• Je beschikt over drie jaar ervaring met financiële administratie met de volgende werkzaamheden:- ervaring met het bijhouden van tussenrekeningen en opstellen balansdossier- beoordelen memoriaal boekingen
• Je hebt ervaring binnen een publieke organisatie, bij voorkeur een gemeente
• Je hebt ervaring met projectadministratie

• Je hebt ervaring met een financieel administratiesysteem, bijvoorbeeld Oracle Cloud
• Je hebt ervaring met de implementatie van een nieuw financieel systeem
• Je hebt ervaring met procesoptimalisatie

Our client is a financial service provider for 7.1 million customers in 40 countries, you know already. Our Red Team works for all the locations of our client in all these countries. Working conditions: This job role offers a balanced split between operational (run) and project (build) work, with a distribution of 75% operational and 25% project-related tasks. To minimize the impact on business operations, some changes may be scheduled outside of regular business hours.
