• Opbouwen van een vertrouwensrelatie met de business en het begeleiden van de business met de onboarding van digitale toegangsproducten in het medewerkersdomein
• Digitale toegang voor medewerkers (Sailpoint);
• Digitale toegang voor medewerkers met hoge rechten (Cyberark);
• Digitale toegang voor gemachtigde medewerkers (eHerkenning);
• Digitale toegang voor niet-medewerkers (Sailpoint NERM);
• Ondersteunen van de Big Room Planning waarin we de toegevoegde waarde van onze digitale toegangsproducten toelichten en inventariseren welke processen/applicaties de business het komende kwartaal aan wil sluiten op onze digitale toegangsproducten.
• Organiseren van requirements workshops.
• Organiseren van demo’s om de business te laten zien dat we aan de opgehaalde requirements voldoen.
• Organiseren van de onboarding waarin we samen met de business de OTAP inrichten.
• Definiëren van business KPI’s inclusief rapportage voor business managers.

• Op orde houden van de kwaliteit van de digitale toegangsproducten;
• Prioriteren van de backlog in het agile scrumproces;
• Businessrequirements toelichten in het agile scrumproces;
• Definiëren van technische KPI’s inclusief rapportage voor IT-managers.

• Je hebt een afgeronde HBO-opleiding
• Je hebt minimaal 3 jaar kennis van en ervaring met het volgende
• Sailpoint
• SailPoint IdentityIQ
• SailPoint IdentityIQ Introduction v8.0, Business Administration v8 (Policy, Roles, Certification)
• Cyberark
• CyberArk Certified Trustee
• CyberArk CPE for Access CEM, EPM, PAM, Secrets Management
• Samenwerking met business stakeholders en requirements engineering
• PSPO1 en SAFe 4 Agilist

• Je hebt kennis van en ervaring met de agile/scrum werkmethodiek
• Je hebt ervaring met het werken in een overheidsorganisatie
• Je hebt ervaring met het automatiseren en digitaliseren van gemeentelijke processen
• Je hebt ervaring met Identity Governance/Management, (Privileged) Access Management, Multi Factor Authentication
• Je hebt ervaring met de IAM-producten van Sailpoint, Cyberark en Microsoft
• Je hebt ervaring met informatiebeveiliging, informatiebeheer en privacyvraagstukken
• Je hebt ervaring met het testen van complexe informatiesystemen

Working conditions: This job role offers a balanced split between operational (run) and project (build) work, with a distribution of 75% operational and 25% project-related tasks. To minimize the impact on business operations, some changes may be scheduled outside of regular business hours.
