We are excited to announce that we are looking for a full-time Project Management Officer for the FEC TM Change Portfolio team PMO & Business Coordination at Rabobank Utrecht.
This position is classified at scale 8 (Advisor B), and we're eager to find someone who can start as soon as possible for a minimum period of one year.
The role can be performed in a hybrid working model, with the expectation that you will be in the office at least one day per week. Currently, Friday and Monday are fixed working days within the team. Additionally, some flexibility in weekly planning will be required, especially during the months of April, May, and July.
Job Description – Project Management Officer (PMO) Transaction Monitoring
As a Project Management Officer (PMO) within the Transaction Monitoring team, you will play a key role in communication, planning, and reporting for our strategic programs. You will support the project manager in driving the Transaction Monitoring change agenda and contribute to the coordination of broader change initiatives across the FEC pillars. Your strong communication and organizational skills will make you a vital contributor to various projects aimed at further enhancing Financial Economic Crime (FEC) Transaction Monitoring (TM).
You and Your Job
The Transaction Monitoring (TM) team within Financial Economic Crime (FEC) is responsible for shaping the TM customer journey and coordinating change initiatives within the TM domain, and where applicable, across other FEC pillars.
With your PMO expertise, you will contribute to the successful execution of strategic programs and the TM change agenda. You will work closely with project and program managers to facilitate communication, planning, and reporting. Your support will include organizing regular progress updates and reports, tracking team-wide tasks and action items, and coordinating reporting for management committees. You will be a dependable partner for the program manager and stakeholders within Transaction Monitoring.
Your Responsibilities
- Facilitate project communication, planning, and reporting;
- Coordinate and manage regular progress updates and reports;
- Track team action points;
- Coordinate reports and take minutes for program/project management and management committees;
- Provide overall support to project managers;
- Coordinate your own TM projects where possible;
- Maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders;
- Pro-actively collaborate closely with the project manager to steer the project.

Requirements
You and Your Talent
You might recognize yourself in the following:
- A completed Bachelor or Master degree in a relevant field;
- Project management (support) experience;
- Demonstrable relevant working experience (3+ years), preferably within financial services;
- Excellent communication and planning skills;
- Experience with setting up project or program reporting and overview of progress;
- Experience with managing internal and external stakeholders on (senior) management level;
- Take ownership for achieving results. You bring structure, have great execution power, and are flexible to switch quickly when necessary;
- A can-do attitude, eager, energetic, a fast learner with ambitions to grow and develop yourself further;
- You have a positive presence, with a touch of humour and a passion to drive change & execution;
- Fluent in English and Dutch, verbal and written.
