Scrum Master - Software Development Environments

Nieuw

Job description

Context

In the IT R&D FC DevEnv, we provide the development environment for large groups of software developers. These developers work on the software that controls our high-tech machines. Alongside the continuous enhancement of the existing environment, we are implementing a new set of state-of-the-art off-the-shelf tools (e.g., source control management, software build and pipeline management, artifact storage, etc.). The FC DevEnv is structured, in line with the ASML Development Methodology (ADM), as a scaled agile organization with multiple Agile Release Trains (ARTs).

In essence, the Scrum Master (SM) guides the team towards high performance. Four core competencies are key: guarding planning and risks; building a competent team; guiding change and agile practices; and having knowledge of and affinity with the ASML domain, organization, processes, and development tools.
