Functioneel applicatie beheerder - cluster SB

• Analyseren van storingen welke optreden in de applicaties;
• Bewaken en controleren van applicatie storingen;
• Produceren van uitrij - en waardekaarten;
• Verzorgen van een abonnementenadministratie;
• Klachten en restituties behandelen/uitzoeken van de klachtenafdeling, Belastingdienst en Politie ect;
• Sleutelkluis beheer;

• Eerste- en tweedelijns ondersteuning bij vragen en problemen rondom diverse applicaties en deze oplossen of doorzetten naar derden (leveranciers/ICT-gemeente Rotterdam);
• Verrichten van (probleem)analyses en de gevolgen voor een wijziging in kaart brengen;
• Rapporteren aan leidinggevende en direct betrokken collega’s inzake mogelijke risico’s en veranderingen;
• Documenteren van processen, deze optimaliseren en actualiseren.
• Zorgdragen dat de databases integer en correct blijven;
• Testen van nieuwe of gewijzigde functionaliteiten.

• Je beschikt minimaal over een afgeronde MBO opleiding in de richting Informatica of Techniek
• Je beschikt over minimaal 3 jaar werkervaring in de IT als functioneel applicatiebeheerder, opgedaan in de afgelopen 5 jaar

• Je hebt een afgeronde HBO-opleiding in de richting Informatica of Techniek
• Je hebt werkervaring met één of meerdere (software) systemen op het gebied van parkeren

• Je hebt werkervaring bij een gemeente met minimaal 100.000 inwoners
• Je hebt werkervaring bij een organisatie die zich bezighoudt met parkeren en/of parkeerproducten.

Working conditions: This job role offers a balanced split between operational (run) and project (build) work, with a distribution of 75% operational and 25% project-related tasks. To minimize the impact on business operations, some changes may be scheduled outside of regular business hours.
