• Het samenstellen en bewaken van het financieel dossier.
• Het uitvoeren van complexe administratieve werkzaamheden in de (digitale) projectenadministratie.
• Het zorgdragen voor de juiste inrichting van de projectadministratie.
• Het controleren van aangeleverde gegevens op juistheid en het ondernemen van actie bij afwijkingen.
• Het opstellen voortgangsrapportages, prognoses en overige informatieoverzichten.
• Het beantwoorden van dagelijkse vragen m.b.t. administratieve zaken en procedures.
• Het signaleren van knelpunten en ontwikkelingen om op basis hiervan verbetervoorstellen te doen.

• Je hebt minimaal 1 jaar werkervaring als financieel medewerker of vergelijkbaar, opgedaan in de afgelopen 3 jaar.
• Je hebt werkervaring met het rapporteren van financiële gegevens en het analyseren van data.
• Je hebt minimaal 1 jaar werkervaring met projectmanagement.
• Je hebt minimaal 1 jaar werkervaring binnen de gemeentelijke overheid, opgedaan in de afgelopen 3 jaar.
  

• Je hebt minimaal 1 jaar werkervaring als financieel medewerker of vergelijkbaar, opgedaan in de afgelopen 3 jaar
• Je hebt werkervaring met het rapporteren van financiële gegevens en het analyseren van data
• Je hebt minimaal 1 jaar werkervaring met projectmanagement
• Je hebt minimaal 1 jaar werkervaring binnen de gemeentelijke overheid, opgedaan in de afgelopen 3 jaar

• Je hebt ervaring met Projectmatig Creëren (PMC)
• Je hebt minimaal 1 jaar werkervaring bij een gemeente met minimaal 165.000 inwoners, opgedaan in de afgelopen 3 jaar
• Je hebt ervaring met de systemen Oracle Cloud en Cognos

Working conditions: This job role offers a balanced split between operational (run) and project (build) work, with a distribution of 75% operational and 25% project-related tasks. To minimize the impact on business operations, some changes may be scheduled outside of regular business hours.
