Performance Testing Expert Needed

For our client in Amsterdam, we are looking for a Performance Testing Expert with experience in Loadrunner, Gatling, JMeter, Python, and/or Java.

Please note that this job is not suitable for ZZP. The candidate must be on the payroll, and if needed, we can provide that.

Performance Testing Expert

Location: Netherlands

Engagement Duration: 18 months

Key Requirements

• Proficiency in Performance Testing Tools: Experience with LoadRunner, Gatling, JMeter, and Apache Bench.
• Scripting Languages: Familiarity with Python or Java for creating custom performance test scripts (No record and Replay setup).
• XML and JAXB Libraries: Ability to create pain.001, pacs.008, camt.029 messages, or large XMLs to simulate MECT (Batch) payments.
• Queue Management Knowledge: Strong hands-on knowledge with QueueSender/QueueReceiver classes in Java and KafkaProducer/KafkaConsumer classes in Python.
• Monitoring Tools: Familiarity with tools such as Grafana, Prometheus, Dynatrace, or New Relic to analyze system performance metrics.
• CI/CD Integration: Knowledge of integrating performance tests into CI/CD pipelines using tools like Azure, Jenkins, etc.
• Network Protocols: Understanding of network protocols and their impact on performance, including HTTP, HTTPS, TCP/IP, and WebSockets.
• Security Considerations: Awareness of security considerations in performance testing, including testing for vulnerabilities under load and implementing message integrity solutions in the performance scripts.
• Basic Functional Knowledge: Basic understanding of functionalities in channels, order managers, payment engines, and account management systems.
