Vacature: Testmanager bij KPN

Voor KPN is IF Solutions op zoek naar een Testmanager.

Als Testmanager ben je verantwoordelijk voor het begroten, plannen, inrichten, aansturen en tot het gewenste resultaat leiden van complexe testtrajecten binnen één van KPN's grootste veranderprogramma’s. In overleg met de business en programma management formuleer je het testplan, de tooling/automatisering en begeleid je de testexecutie.

Je voert productrisicoanalyses uit, definieert teststrategieën en stelt testplannen op. Het optimaal inrichten van testprocessen, het gebruik van tooling en het aansturen van testers en/of (agile-) testteams behoort tot je taken. Je onderhoudt contacten met alle relevante belanghebbenden. Daarnaast rapporteer je voortgang, impedimenten en bewaak je de kwaliteit van de softwareontwikkeling. Waar nodig ben je in staat om de testers in je team inhoudelijk te ondersteunen en te coachen. Daarbij schroom je niet om zelf de handen uit de mouwen te steken.

Je overziet alle testsoorten in telecomland zoals: UT, ST, SIT, UAT, PAT, BAT en PEN testen om een gedegen levering door het ontwikkelproces te garanderen. Je bent een teamplayer met brede IT-kennis, sterk in stakeholder management en een bewaker van de verschillende tollgates/milestones.

Functie- en Opleidingseisen

Minimaal: HBO (informatica) werk- en denkniveau.

• Minimaal T-map next TestManager of ISTQB Advanced Test Manager gecertificeerd.
• Tenminste 10 jaar relevante werkervaring als testmanager in een complexe omgeving.
• Aantoonbare ervaring als testmanager met alle testsoorten.
• Ervaring met het opstellen van teststrategieën en -plannen.
• Ervaring met het opzetten en leiden van testteams.
• Ervaring met het opzetten en beheren van testbudgetten.
• Ervaring met het uitvoeren van risicoanalyse en het opstellen van testscenario's.
• Uitstekende kennis van testmethoden en -technieken.
• Ervaring met het werken bij een telecombedrijf is een pré.
• Ervaring met diverse test- en proces-tools (zoals Jira).
• Ervaring met verschillende delivery methodes (Prince/Network, Agile, DevOps).
• Gevoel voor politieke en bestuurlijke verhoudingen.
• Uitstekende coördinerende vaardigheden.
• Uitstekende mondelinge en schriftelijke vaardigheden.

Working Conditions

This job role offers a balanced split between operational (run) and project (build) work, with a distribution of 75% operational and 25% project-related tasks. To minimize the impact on business operations, some changes may be scheduled outside of regular business hours.
